Returns / FAQs


If the product you received is damaged and has not been washed, or if you have received the wrong item, you may send it back for a refund within 30 days. We will return the price of the order not including shipping. Returns may be sent to Please Live, 1224 Bent Creek Blvd, Mechanicsburg PA 17050. Please include your PayPal confirmation email along with the item(s) you are returning. For questions on returning items, email support@pleaselive.org.


We will exchange the merchandise that has been delivered damaged or incorrect. Please send the merchandise, PayPal confirmation sheet, and a note explaining the exchange to Please Live, 1224 Bent Creek Blvd, Mechanicsburg PA 17050. For questions on whether your item qualifies for an exchange, email support@pleaselive.org.

How long will it be until my order ships?

For orders within the United States, we ship within one to two weeks. Delivery times vary depending on the efficiency of your local post office. We ship via USPS.

What are you going to do with my information?

We use your information for shipping purposes only. Your credit card number is stored in an encrypted secure format. By providing your email address, you allow us to send you our quarterly newsletter and any promotional offers we may have. You may unsubscribe easily at any time by clicking the "unsubscribe" link at the bottom of the emails. 

Can I place an order without a credit card?

Yes. We accept money orders and cashiers checks in U.S. currency. No personal checks. Email support@pleaselive.org with the item(s) you would like to purchase. We will send you the total with the shipping/handling cost. Send the total payment to Please Live, 1224 Bent Creek Blvd, Mechanicsburg PA 17050. Once we receive your payment and it has been processed, we will ship out your items!

We don't recommend ordering using this method because we cannot confirm how long it will take for your payment to be received and processed, or how long it will take to be shipped to you.
